ios 10 clock background

When will we get the upgrade to FIX the change in clock background after the ios 10 upgrade? Black is horrible to see. Why was this changed when it was fine before? Who thought it would be better anyway??!!

We need the option to choose ourselves.

This is primarily a user-to-user forum. Until or unless Apple makes an announcement no one here knows. You may want to also give feedback to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

You also may want to consider a 3rd party clock app from the App Store.
